This website is provided for information. The prices published on it are ranges collected in August 2026 from local quote data and published cost guides, and they are not offers. Nothing on this site is a quotation. A quotation is a written document we hand or send you after somebody has looked at the tree.

Quotes and work

Written quotes are valid for thirty days unless stated otherwise on the quote. Where a quote identifies a contingency, such as crane use where a tree turns out to be unclimbable, the contingency price stated on the quote is the price that applies. We do not add change orders for conditions we told you about in advance, and we will not proceed with work materially different from the quote without your agreement first.

Permits and access

Where work involves a tree in a public right-of-way, the necessary permission must be in place before work begins. We will tell you when a permit is needed and we will normally file it, but the permission runs to the property owner. You are responsible for telling us about private underground services on your property, including irrigation, invisible pet fencing, low-voltage lighting and drainage runs, none of which appear on a public utility locate.

Weather and rescheduling

We will reschedule rather than work in conditions we judge unsafe, particularly rigging over structures in high wind. We will tell you as soon as we know rather than on the morning.

Insurance

We carry general liability and workers' compensation insurance. A certificate is available on request and we will have it sent to you directly by our carrier.
