What we collect

If you submit the quote form on this site we receive the name, phone number, email address and job description you type into it, plus the page you submitted it from. If you call us we keep the number you called from and whatever notes we take about the job. That is the whole of it. We do not sell it, we do not rent it, and we do not pass it to anyone outside our own business except where we need a subcontractor to complete work you have asked for.

How form submissions are handled

Form submissions on this site are processed by Formspree, a third-party form service, which delivers them to our email. Formspree processes the data as part of delivering that message and has its own privacy terms. If you would rather not use a third-party service, call us instead on (616) 297-2972.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party advertising trackers. If we add analytics we will say so here and it will be limited to aggregate traffic measurement.

Retention and your choices

We keep quote enquiries for as long as they might reasonably turn into work, and job records for as long as our insurer and our accountant require. Ask us to delete your details and we will, except where we are required to retain a record of work performed. Email us or call the number on this site.
